Nutritional Therapy Standard Package

Initial Consultation £200
Balance of Package £395
(Paid on completion of the Initial Consultation if you wish to proceed)
Nutritional therapy is not a quick fix, but a long lasting one, as it takes time for your body to heal and imbalances to be redressed. Most clients have been suffering from long term chronic health complaints for whom health cannot be restored in a single consultation. This package is designed to identify the root cause of your health concerns and address these for the long term.
What is included?
(Usually taken over a 12 week period - Consultations are usually spaced four to six weeks apart, in order to allow for implementation of changes and for any supplements and nutrients to have effects)
1 x 75 minute Initial Consultation
During the consultation your health concerns will be discussed, along with your health history and your diet and lifestyle, and any current medications and supplements. Finally your goals for nutritional therapy will be outlined.
You will be provided with an initial nutritional plan to follow, and any required functional laboratory tests will be discussed and ordered.
1 x 60 minute Follow up Consultation
You will be presented with the findings of any lab tests undertaken and a review of these along with the information gathered at the initial consultation. A personalised nutritional plan for you to follow will be outlined for you including a bespoke dietary, lifestyle and supplement plan.
1 x 45 minute second Follow up Consultation
Progress will be evaluated and adjustments made to your programme where required.
30 minutes additional email or telephone support
In addition to time together in clinic, built into this package is 3 additional hours of professional clinical time required for researching your case, reviewing test results and writing up your nutritional plan. This time allows us to offer a fully personalised Nutritional Therapy programme and provide the most appropriate and specific protocols to address your health concerns.
